The Lugnoru solution visualizes the stressors in one’s own calendar, gives weekly reports and suggests adding relaxation moments in one’s days using a bot. This kind of gentle intervention prevents stress to become chronic.
The solution is an easy, customer-centric app that will bring value to customers by visualizing their stress, adding add relaxation moments to their days. Thus it will make them more conscious about their stress and help them learn to act preventive and manage their life and stress levels. This way Lugnoru wants to be able to prevent stress from accumulating, and in case it seems so, channels the person to a right instance to get help if the AI bot is not enough
Workshop Reflections
Markus form Lugnoru found the “Personal Leadership” workshop very useful. He said:
“Found the workshop to be very enlightening! Getting to know yourself better is always a good thing even if the road is rocky. Now I know the method and got the tools, all I need is to implement them!”.
